Counselling Sessions

Individuals

Please allow for approximately 60 minutes per session
Sessions are 50 minutes, and charged at £45/hour

I reserve the right to refuse a session and/or finish early if the client is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or behaves in an aggressive manner and these sessions are non-refundable.

If the client is late the session will still be timed from the original booked time

Couples

Fees

Payment must be made on or before the day of the session, either by cash on the day (if previously arranged), or by bank transfer or PayPal, which can be made in advance.

Block payments can be arranged after the initial appointment.

Cancellations

Minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or the full fee will be charged, pre-paid cancelled appointments that are made in this period will not be refunded in full.

Cancellations can be made by phone, text or email but only with 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible but must be done with as much notice as possible, if within 24 hours the £20 fee will be charged.

Refunds and Cancellations

No refund will be issued for non-attendance by the client.

If I am unable to attend the session a full refund will be issued, and I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
