Loss and Grief
Grief is something that happens as the result of losing something or someone that is important to us. However, it affects everyone so differently and is highly dependent on the situations, the type of relationship, upbringing, culture and any other individual differences.
Loss can leave us feeling numb, sad, angry, desperate, or even left behind, but all of these feelings are a natural part of the grieving and each have their own place in the process.
