Depression

Depression is a common issue that can range anywhere from mild to completely debilitating.  Anyone who has ever experienced depression will know that it can feel like so much more than a naturally occurring low mood.  It can affect your mood, cause lack of interest in the things you normally enjoy, low energy, low self-worth, and can disrupt your ability to concentrate and even sleep.

Depression can happen at any time and can affect any type of person.  Whether you have a family history of depression, are rich or poor, young or old, male, female or non-binary, depression can dig in to us all and can absolutely rock your world.  Half the people who experience depression may not ever experience it again, but for others the battle can last months or even years.
